Dubai Tourism has recently launched a “Girls Guide to Dubai”, published by Luxury Travel Magazine.
Launched early in the month at the high end travel trade show Luxperience, the guide will be distributed later this year in the January edition of Luxury Travel Magazine.
Julie King, Director, Dubai Tourism, Australia and New Zealand Office said “This is the first of a series of supplements that we will be introducing to drive targeted messages to key segments for Dubai.”
“The objective of the guides is to showcase the diversity of Dubai and highlight the array of activities in which consumers of this interest area can undertake, which require a minimum of 4 days.”
“The guide will also assist us in dispelling misconceptions of the emirate and includes insider’s views from two prominent Australian ladies who live in Dubai; Donna Benton (CEO of The Entertainer) and Karen MacLean (Secret Food Squirrel Food Blogger).”
The “Girls Guide to Dubai” included travel tips from clothing and shopping, taxi fares, tipping, Dubai attractions and experiences.
The guide will cater to “every type of girl including “beach lovers, pampering-loving girls, ladies who brunch, adrenaline junkies, nature lovers, foodie ladies, nightlife loving girls, luxe-loving girls, shopaholics, art-lovers and culture lovers”, King says.
Festivals and events are also featured with an emphasis on our key range of annual events such as the Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai Food Festival, Art Dubai, Dubai World Cup, Fashion Forward and OMEGA Dubai Ladies Masters.
