Hayman gets bubbly for champagne celebration


The world’s finest Champagne will be flowing on Hayman during the month of October when it presents Toast to Champagne.

Hayman has partnered with Moët Hennessy to offer guests a Celebration of Champagne, combined with fine dining to dazzle the most discerning palate.

Hayman’s team of award-winning Chefs will create special menus, with three-courses carefully crafted to accompany selected Champagne at Australia’s signature resort restaurant, Fontaine, on the following dates:

7 – 13 October   Celebration of Moët & Chandon
14 – 20 October   Celebration of Veuve Clicquot
21 – 27 October   Celebration of Krug
28 October – 3 November   Celebration of Dom Perignon

There will also be a Champagne Masterclass – a tasting session for avid connoisseurs – on Saturday October 19 with Moët Hennessy ambassador, David Cross, who has more than 25 years wine industry experience as an educator and judge.

Mr Cross will also co-host the Ultimate Champagne Chef’s Table, featuring a stunning six-course degustation menu paired with the finest of Champagnes from Dom Perignon, Krug, Veuve Clicquot and Moët & Chandon.
