Macau’s 2014 Wine and Dine Festival

Celebrating its second year at The Venetian Macau’s outdoor lagoon, Macau’s 2014 Wine and Dine Festival launched today and runs until March 23.

Macau’s largest four-day wine festival allows wine lovers to extend their knowledge of 100 or more international wine products, including renowned labels from Italy, Portugal, South Africa and Australia.

Set against the breath-taking backdrop of the Cotai Strip between Taipa and the Coloane Islands, as many as thirty wine-tasting stalls are on offer with some providing culinary delights as a pairing for the wines.

Also available are wine workshops and wine appreciation courses for various levels of proficiency, from entry level to master classes as well as plenty of street and stage entertainment.

Entry to the event is free, with cash coupons and wine passes available for purchase. Cash coupons will cost less than A$2 (MOP/HKD 10) with one wine pass priced at about A$16 (MOP/HKD 100), including the wine glass (to keep later as a memento) and ten coupons.
