A garden oasis in the garden city
Lounging on a chair poolside on level five at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering in Singapore you could well be excused for thinking you are a in a tropical garden oasis.

In terms of amenities, the St Gregory spa is a treat (try their signature Tui Na massage it won’t disappoint), the Lime Restaurant does what it does – serving mass buffet breakfasts and lunches/dinners (pls someone turn down the air con – from 35 degrees outside to near freezing inside just doesn’t do it!) whilst the Lime Bar, to be fair could do with some work. The outdoor seats are a nice addition, but inside the bar has lost its former high-end wine bar, serving quality drinks vibe. It may be due for a rethink. The rooms are clean, comfortable and adequate – albeit lack a little privacy (the words of the front desk attendant warning to make sure you shut your blinds because the window aren’t tinted ring true!)
But overall it is hard to be critical. Because the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering delivers on what it is known for. Awarded the World’s leading green city hotel, it is relaxing, fun and all close to enough to combine business and pleasure (there are some of the cities best restaurant nearby) during your stay in the Garden City.
